Payment status
A WhatsApp Flow, web form, or checkout submission may create a booking, order, or service request. Payment is completed only through the payment or checkout link shown or shared for that request.
Payment gateway processing
Online payments may be processed by a payment gateway or checkout provider. Card, UPI, net banking, wallet, and other options depend on the active gateway configuration.
Confirmation
A request is not paid, fulfilled, or confirmed until payment success is received and verified. Users should not treat a pending payment link, pending order, or pending booking intent as a completed transaction.
