Booking cancellation
Cancellation, refund, rescheduling, no-show handling, and service modification depend on the rules applicable to the selected merchant, product, booking, ticket, order, or service.
Refund handling
- Refund eligibility is checked against request status, payment status, merchant policy, service policy, and payment gateway settlement status.
- Approved refunds are processed back through the original payment method where supported by the payment gateway.
- Gateway charges, taxes, convenience fees, and non-refundable components may be deducted where applicable.
Operational cancellations
Weather, safety issues, administrative orders, inventory limits, merchant decisions, provider instructions, or technical issues may affect bookings or orders. In such cases, users should contact support for the available options.
