User Data Retention Policy
Retention purpose
Fourth Dimension Systems keeps customer and transaction records only for business operations, customer support, security, audit, tax, legal, reconciliation, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution purposes.
Retention periods
- Operational booking, order, ticket, and payment records may be retained for as long as needed to support service delivery, reconciliation, refunds, chargebacks, tax records, legal compliance, and audit requirements.
- Webhook delivery logs, status updates, and diagnostic records may be retained for a limited operational period unless needed for investigation or compliance.
- Data that is no longer required is deleted, anonymized, archived, or restricted based on operational and legal requirements.
User requests
Users may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting Fourth Dimension Systems support. Some records may be retained where required by law, tax rules, payment dispute rules, fraud prevention, or legitimate business obligations.
