- WhatsApp phone number and WhatsApp profile name received through Meta webhooks.
- Booking, order, or service request details such as selected item, date, time slot, quantity, location, and estimated amount.
- Customer details submitted through WhatsApp Flows, web forms, checkout pages, or support channels, including name, email, city, state, and consents.
- Payment status and checkout reference information when payment is enabled.
How we use information
- To create and manage booking, order, ticket, or service request records.
- To send service, booking, payment, ticket, and support messages on WhatsApp or other approved channels.
- To support reconciliation, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and customer service.
- To meet requirements from Meta, payment gateways, and applicable authorities.
Sharing and processors
We do not sell personal information. We may process information through Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, hosting providers, payment gateways, and operational support systems only for booking, messaging, payment, or compliance purposes.
Retention and deletion
Booking and payment records may be retained for operational, audit, tax, legal, and dispute-resolution needs. Users may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting support.
